POSITION TITLE: Customs Clerk-关务专员

REPORT TO: Customs Team Leader

DEPARTMENT: PMM

LOCATION: Guangzhou, Huangpu

SUMMARY:

Be familiar with all the import &export declaration and CIQ inspection. Ensure our declaration comply to customs requirements.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Shipping document preparation and checking on daily basis;

2. Closely follow up with customs broker and forwarder for the status of goods;

3. Coordinating, filing all related shipping docs;

4. Execute internal SOP;

5. Ensure 100% accuracy on import declaration;

6. Ensure 100% correct on E-Banking and monthly expense settlement;

7. Support daily e-book registration, modification and cancellation for verification

EDUCATION & /OR EXPERIENCE :

1. Hold qualified Customs declaration certificate， inspection certificate preference ;

2. With excellence computer literacy (Microsoft windows / EDI declaration operation);

3. College graduate or above;

4. Good English competency in writing, speaking & listening

5. With at least 1~2 years relevant experience in customs aspect, preferable to have e-book operation experience
