职位职责：

1. 用 Visible Planning进行项目计划，WBS跟踪及更新
Project planing and WBS and follow up and update, using Visible Planning

2. 定期项目会议，跟进未完成事务(带领团队解决所有技术，质量，产能问题)
Regular project follow-up meeting, to follow up Open issues (lead the cross team to solve all technical issues, quality issues, capacity issues)

3. 定期与客户的项目会议，确认跟进他们的要求
Regular project follow-up meeting with customer, Check and follow up all the request from customer

4. 带领团队实施内部试生产，及和客户一起做节拍生产
Lead the cross team for internal Trial run and external R@R with customer

5. 带领团队完成客户的各个交样节点(M1, VP, HB, TT, PP, etc)，及兄弟公司对比交样，保证质量和追溯性
Lead the cross team for all the sample deliveries(M1, VP, HB, TT, PP, etc) to customer and sister company, ensure the Quality and keep the tracking traceability

6. 创建并维护BOM，并及时提出要求创建在scalar系统
Creat and maintain the BOM and request for scalar item creation

7. TIF 图纸及技术文件的发放
TIF release for drawings

8. 带领团队完成项目产能规划分析，满足客户产能要求
Lead the cross team for Project Capacity Planning/Analysis, meet customer capacity requirement

9. 跟进所有工程变化
Follow up all the engineering change

10. 带领团队准备并提交PPAP文件，并推动客户PSW签收
Lead the cross team to prepare and submit PPAP documents, push custoemr for PSW approval

11. 项目成本跟踪，在内部每个项目节点，如：LOI, Project Review 1, 2, 3, every bi-month in case of any internal change
Project Cost Tracking, during LOI, Project Review 1, 2, 3, every bi-month in case of any internal change
