工程师轮岗项目简介 Introduction to Weir China Rotational Engineering Program
伟尔中国的工程师轮岗项目致力于培养年轻有潜力的工程师。在为期2年的项目中，培训生将会经历3 - 4次轮岗，通过在实际业务中担当职责深入接触，了解公司的工程优势以及主要业务流程。在每个岗位上都会有资深工程师进行一对一专业指导。 我们还会为每一位培训生量身定制培训发展计划，表现优秀的培训生还将获得短期海外培训机会。您会在两年内得到快速成长！
Weir China Rotational Engineering Program is targeting to develop and grow young and potential engineers. In this 2-year program, each individual will move to 3-4 different functions or departments where you will take real responsibilities and have chance to understand better Weir engineering edge and core business processes. On each rotational position, a senior engineer will be assigned to each individual providing coaching and guidance. A training plan will be tailor-made for each individual based on development needs. Those who successfully completed the rotational assignments in China will also be sent on an overseas assignment or training. You will have fast growth in 2 years!
职责描述 Roles & Responsibilities:
1. 协助产品工程师进行产品开发及设计，完成新产品的工艺文件（如作业指导书等）；
Assist Product Engineer in new product development and application design, completing process documents as working instruction, etc.
2. 协助产品工程师进行产品图纸的绘制和修改；
Assist Product Engineer in design and modification of product drawings.
3. 协助产品工程师准备新产品生产中使用到的工装夹具，确保质量和生产的要求；
Assist Product Engineer in designing jigs and fixtures for new products, tooling,to ensure process can meet requirement with highly quality and productivity.
4. 协助产品工程师构建产品BOM，维护ERP系统；
Assist Product Engineer in maintaining BOMs to ERP system.
5. 协助产品工程师解决现场生产中的技术问题和分析成因；
Assist Product Engineer in product problem solving and root-cause analysis
6. 协助产品工程师完成质量部所需ASME, PED, TS认证的技术文件；
Assist Product Engineer in ASME , PED, TS certificate application and audit.
7. 产品引进时协助与跨国工程师与供应商的沟通，协助原型设计、样品采购及问题解决方案；
Collaborate with international engineers & suppliers for prototyping, sample procurement, testing, and issue resolution
具体要求 Qualifications:
1.机械设计与制造专业，本科及以上学历；
Education: Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical design and manufacture.
2.熟悉CAD和3D绘图软件；
Familiar with CAD and 3D software.
3.熟悉办公软件；
Familiar with office software, such as Word, Excel, Power point.
4. 英文读写熟练；
Good command of oral and written English skills.
5. 积极主动、沟通能力强、有团队精神；
Self-motivated and demonstrate strong communication skill and team work spirit.
6. 诚实、耐心、关注细节。
Honest, patient, focus on details.
