Working with Manufacturing / Project / Production / Testing / Material department/QA department on incoming material issue and participate in Quality review meeting
3. Other significant relationships—external (e.g. customers, suppliers) : (Please indicate key external relationships; the most important external meeting jobholder participates in, the purpose for these and jobholder’s role).
Liaison with supplier for raw material issues and meeting with supplier for raw material quality solving and discuss meeting with internal team for problem solving.

PURPOSE OF JOB (Please state briefly and concisely – in one sentence—the main purpose of the job. This will give a clear indication of the reasons as to why the job exists)
Participate in the PCB/FPC supplier selection committee, conduct PCB/FPC supplier audit on QSA and QPA. Monitor quality performance of PCB/FPC suppliers and drive for improvement.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES (Please state the most areas of accountability in your job, in rough order of importance. Please focus on the results that are expected from your job. In each statement ( probably six to eight in total), please indicate what has to be done, within which area or framework, and with what end result(e.g.” Prepare, gain agreement for, and implement, capital expenditure plans which ensure that future manufacturing needs are met within acceptable cost limits”). Reference should be made to: contribution to business strategy; planning; budgeting; operations; team leadership; team contribution; specialists could focus on their latest assignments).
1. Support QA manager/SQA Supervisor to implement and maintain the quality system to meets and exceed the requirements of ISO9001/TS14949 and XX quality expectation.
2. Working with team to implement the AQP process for new product/ process.
3. Periodic review of PCB/FPC suppliers’ quality performance for continual improvement.
4. Drive for PCB/FPC supplier development program
5. Find the potential risk during QSA/QPA audit and push supplier to do improvement to avoid the findings.
6. Deal with supplier on material quality issues to follow up on failure analysis and corrective actions. Verify the effective of corrective action.
7. Drive for material MRB timely disposition.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Education Qualification Degree or Diploma in Science or Engineering
Competences Deep understand on PCB manufacturing process and quality control. Familiar with PCB failure analysis technique and 8D skill.
Familiar with PCB design software
Other Skills Statistical technique, Quality tools, basic knowledge in ISO 9000 / TS16949.
Be good at communication; Supplier quality improvement
Years of Experience Minimum 7 year experience on PCB manufacturing/design and quality management.
