Duties:

1) 实现减速机各部件在中国大陆地区的国产化

Fulfil Localization plan of gearbox mechanical components

2) 负责按公司要求进行本地供应商的寻找、评估和开发。

Responsible for searching, evaluating and develop potential suppliers according to company policies.

3) 现有供应商的维护管理

Monitoring and managing existing suppliers

4) 协调内部生产需要与外部供应商供应计划的匹配

Coordinating supply/delivery plans towards suppliers and internal production needs.

Requirements:

1) 机械相关专业本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above (Mechanical field preferred)

2) 五年以上相关工作经验

5 years or more sourcing and local supplier developing related experience

3) 比较熟练的英语书面和口头沟通能力。

Fluent in writing and oral English

4) 具有团队合作精神和优秀的沟通能力

Good team-work, excellent communication skills.
