职位描述
Duties:
? Being responsible of the plant layout and the assy benches layout
? Diagramming the flow of the process
? Responsible of the time cycle of all the assembly lines and the products
? Ensure that existing processes maintain a high level of performance
? Facilitate and streamline the transfer of new products into production, develop BOM's, routing, fixturing/tooling and cost estimates of the products and process
? Leads and executes breakthrough and continuous improvement projects
? Develops and applies necessary technicals skills to deliver improvement results
? 5S supervisor
? Improvement of the lean manufacturing concepts
? Engages line/process/department personnel in all phase of improvement work
? Develops strong technical network with plant resources
? Maintains appropriate documentation including project charter, progress updates and final reports
? Working closely with supervisors, operators, maintenance and support functions to improve manufacturing performance
? Analyze information and make recommendations based on verified testing and data
? Maintenance and safety of the plant
Major skills:
? Bachelor degree in Mechanical background
? Technical qualification
? Intensive knowledge of the entire production
? +5 years experience in manufacturing experience with plant transformation
? Intensive knowledge of the products fluent in Mandarin and English communication (both written and spoken)
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
? Good command of computer skills
