An international company based in Suzhou is looking for a R&D manager; you need develop team to fulfil the department target and project target.

About the Organisation:
This is a FORTUNE 500 company in electrical industry. Renowned for its world-leading services and products, they provide B2B services to the world’s leading companies.

Key Responsibilities:
? guide the MCCB development to the project target, for example, design for cost and design for manufacturing
? assist to the development test plans and tests about new products, the redesign and special customer application for the existing products, reverse engineering, DTC
? assist to be responsible for the product performance analysis, technical feasibility study and evaluation. analyze the test results, make a technical solution
? assist to be responsible for or support the product certification/approval, the support for customer service and return goods; compile the related technical documentation and specification for products
? take part in analysis, determination, correction and prevention of quality problems of new and existing products

Key Requirements:
? bachelor and above in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering
? five years in product development filed in automotive or LV switchgear technical fields
? with working experience with international company
? most current technical knowledge in own field - LV switchgear; master in engineering or qualified technician with professional experience
? good communication skills, fluent English and team work spirit
