One European electronic manufacture company is looking for a Business Development for its bext phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
identifying and developing new business opportunities with new customers
maintaining the current businessexpanding business with existing key accounts through growth of offered amount of services and products identifying potential risks and problems as well as leading the corresponding analysis of root causes and the subsequent implementation of corrective measures and solutions ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in all related fields guaranteeing contribution margins and overall business profitability of the key account
to obtain information about the customer, its market and competitors, in order to anticipate the customer’s evolution to develop and nurture a trustworthy relationship with the customer to fix quotation and pricing policies as well as sales general conditions within the key account to lead and show the way in all related aspects when negotiating quotations, integrating activities from all involved areas to share and communicate the results within the organization, including the weekly report regarding the commercial activity and the monthly report of the key account evolution to implement and monitor corrective and / or improvement actions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction, supporting and encouraging their accomplishment throughout the organizations
Key Requirements:
a technological background would be an advantage university degree in Europe or America would be an advantage result driven, customer orientation, business global vision initiative and ability to lead and motivate across the organization experience conducting sales with American / European companies
