This fast developing automotive components manufacturer is looking for a Testing Supervisor to join their plant in Suzhou.

About the organization:
This is a European automotive powertrain components manufacturer in Suzhou.

Key Responsibilities:
? management of the testing team
? responsible for staff of up to 6 people (engineers and skilled technicians)
? systematic development of the department in terms of methods (experimental and analytical methodology) and facilities in collaboration with the fields of electronics and automation, and test construction
? cost center planning and budgeting
? responsible for the cost center
? care about the customer and supplier contacts
? perform staff appraisals
? responsible for the planning (including cost and scheduling) , implementation and evaluation of all functional and endurance tests on components and systems
? coordination of testing activities with the internal project management and the customer
? allocation of test activities to external service providers and universities
? planning and coordination of measurements in the experimental field of the customer
? cooperation with companies in other locations
? further development of experimental facilities and analytical methods
? planning of the budgets for experimental work and controlling for the assigned work area
? organization and execution of the model development for customers

Key Requirements:
? bachelor degree - mechanical engineering or automotive engineering
? experience in testing operation of a supply company in the automotive sector
? good knowledge of the engine and transmission technology
? good knowledge of test methodologies and measurement techniques
? experience in managing a larger team
? very good command of spoken and written English language skills
? very good knowledge of ms office as well as knowledge with ERP systems ( mfg / pro)
