This leading German automotive components manufacturer is looking for an experienced Application Engineer to join their plant in Kunshan.

About the organization:
HQ in German, specilized in powertrain components.

Key Responsibilities:
? provide technical support to automotive OEMS and related tier suppliers for solenoid valves
? develop product design proposals to meet customer specifications and test requirements
? provide technical support to customer during all phases of vehicle development including: pre-sourcing, vehicle validation, product validation, vehicle start of production (launch/sop) and production.
? troubleshooting applications with issues by working with the OEM and/or tier1 to identify the root cause & implementing solutions
? providing "voice of customer" and new product ideas to the headquarter in Germany
? working closely together w/ engineering headquarter in Germany
? provide product training for customer

Key Requirements:
? bachelors degree or higher in science or engineering from an accredited university
? minimum more than one year automotive industry experience
? interested in mechatronic products and powertrains
? self directed and internally motivated with proven leadership skills
? excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
? willingness to travel domestic/international
