This US stamping components manufacturer is looking for an experienced Stamping Expert to join their plant in Suzhou Industrial Park.

About the organization:
This is a US stamping components manufacturer in SIP.

Key Responsibilities:
? supervise the tooling manufacturing processes and ensure the delivery in time
? set up tooling maintenance schedule for the execution accordingly
? settle all the tooling issues coming out from the stamping production processes timely
? establish the work rules for tooling house to ensure the tooling work under control
? discuss with the tooling designing departs about the technical issues
? provide the technical support in tooling aspect for the pressing or stamping departments
? participate in some technical discussions with customers, sub-contractors when necessary
? cooperate with quality dept to investigate any quality problem, taking the corrective and preventive actions where necessary and to handle the non-conforming products in the production unit
? take responsibility for the tooling / production safety through a daily check or supervision of the equipments and usage of the PPE by the personnel, in compliance with the local governmental laws and CSZ requirements
? be responsible for tooling production cost budgeting, keeping them under strict control
? and applying, where possible, cost saving programs. to keep tracked, in accordance with the ERP system, the raw materials consumption and the amounts of finished products in the production areas
? being responsible for performance of all tooling dept

Key Requirements:
? bachelor degree and above, majoring in mechanical or mechanical engineering
? six years or more work related experience with at least three years in management level, prefer with
? tooling or stamping, punching / pressing fields and in multinational company as well
? be very familiar with tooling manufacturing, relevant equipment and their processes, and the metal stamping equipment and processes as well
? communication and leadership skill

? initiatives and creativity
? professional confidentiality all the time
? fluent English language skills, and computer, auto-cad operation skills are necessary
