Key Responsibilities:
regular customer visits (alone and with agent / distributor)
reaching or exceeding the annual sales targetshelping customers related to technical delicate projects prospecting and customer follow-updevelopment of the technical competence of the OEMsexecution of market analysispreparation of quotations for standard and customized solutionspreparation of specifications for the elaboration of tenders of project specified quotationsgeneration and controlling the annual budget and forecast for the OEM customers in china marketregular report of achievement of defined targets to the supervisor ( e. g. quotes sales, orders, margins, hit rate, number of customer visits etc.) active participation on product planning / management meetingsoptimize sales tools such as CRM and price listproactive definition, support of planning and performing of exhibitions and further sales eventsmeasuring the success of sales initiatives and defining conclusionsbudget, forecast and follow up of sales, orders and marginscontract, risk and claims managementimplementation and compliance with the requirements of safety and health at workimplementation and compliance with the internal guidelines
Key Requirements:
electrical engineering or business degree with a strong technical background and preferably good knowledge in image processing and industry processes
three to five years of experience selling vision technology and / or pharma packaging machinery in a multinational working environmentsales experiencecustomer orientationexperience in customer relationship managementlong-term experience of pharma market and packaging industry appreciatedstrong negotiation and deal-closing skillsgood communication / presentation skillsgood English skills on both speaking and writingwillingness to travel frequently locally willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionalsresults drivenself-confidence and with an extrovert attitudehonest and trustworthy behaviorteam player
