A famous company with the automation equipment product, due to the business development, need a mechanical design background engineer to do the technical support for the customers, a new position.
About the Organisation:

This is a multi-national company with facility in Suzhou SIP, the product is automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
? leading or participating filling system or sleeve/filler interface improvement/development activities of small format fillers in qualification of new material from in-house test over prototype and field test until serial release. providing all required feedback on performance, progress and settings, describe bottle necks and solutions
? independently planning and executing the qualification test of filling system or sleeve/filler interface modifications / optimizations according to company requirements in designated timeframe. documenting the qualification tests in all steps
? leading or supporting the troubleshooting of the filling system or sleeve / filler interface of small format filling machine requested by gm or GA in order to minimize the possible downtime of the customers’ operation
? analyzing and indicating of weak points about filling system or package integrity of small format filling machine and providing proposal of solutions
? participate in all relevant internal and customer meetings where assigned by his supervisor. support customers, gm and GA with know-how on filling area
? close cooperation with all departments involved in the development activities
? supporting field tests and roll out activities of board and structure changes
? accomplish special tasks or assignments given by his supervisor in the frame of the company interest

Key Requirements:
? the incumbent with focus on sleeve / filler interface area need bachelor degree or higher in mechanical design / engineering / manufacturing
? the incumbent with focus on filling system area need bachelor degree or higher in mechanical design / engineering / manufacturing or in electrical engineering or automation
? at least three - five years of experience in the field as service engineer or design engineer with good trouble shooting or designing skills, working for an international company, in preferably combibloc related food or packaging industries
? for those with electrical background should be firm in using plc systems such as siemens s5 and s7, kloeckner moeller ps 316 / ps 416, pc, microsoft standard applications, network technology, firm in reading and understanding electrical drawings, basic mechanical / pneumatically skills and analytical thinking as well
? for those with mechanical background should be firm in reading and understanding technical machinery drawings, good measurement skills, good pneumatically understanding, basic electrical skills and analytical thinking as well
? good command of English / technical English
? good skill on pc and office software
? good interpersonal communication skills, good team-worker and service minded
? willingness to travel within AP region
? must be able to work independently with a minimum of supervision and the working style must be flexible
