A leading US company is looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their Suzhou factory, due to the business development, this is a new position.

About the Organisation:
This is a world leading company producing ear phone, micro phone, and other audio equipments.

Key Responsibilities:
? be responsible for designing and documenting mechanical, electrical, or acoustical, components, products, or systems of all levels of complexity
? design components or products using established manufacturing processes and secondary finishing processes such as injection molding, die casting, and sheet metal forming, painting, printing, VM
? conduct and evaluate the appropriate experiments to solve engineering problems of all levels of complexity
? obtain information from a broad knowledge base, to complete assignments
? lead the efforts in the mechanical development cycle to achieve the deliverables required
? lead the interaction with the Niles counterparts and the cross-functional collaborations within a dedicated project

Key Requirements:
? bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related area
? good understanding to the modeling and drafting principles and disciplines. good command to a cad software
? Siemens PLM system nx6 and team center experience will be priority and i-deas experience a plus
? familiar with CAE tools and prototyping methods
? proficient in injection molding, die casting, and sheet metal forming using standard methods
? familiar with and practical experience on design impacts of EMC/EMI, ESD and product reliability
