A European company is looking for high caliber Supplier Development Manager to work in a global role in Supplier Development. This role is to improve suppliers' performance and integrate them stronger as part of company supply chain.

Key responsibilities include:
working as team member in establishing and managing a portfolio of Supplier Development projects focusing on Lean and Six Sigma
arranging training/coaching for Supplier and SQM people in area of Lean, Six Sigma and Project Management
collaborating closely with Sourcing, Technology and Quality management in strategic planning and managing the Supplier Development project portfolio
acting in key role in setting-up and running a Project Management Office (PMO) activity for the Supplier Development project portfolio

Key requirements include:
bachelor's level technical degree (e.g. in mechanical)or equivalent experience
minimum five years of experience in sourcing, quality engineering, manufacturing environment, supply chain management or other relevant area
proven leadership/cross-functional team skills
fluent level of English, additional languages are a plus
This is a famous European company in Kunshan.
