A newly setting-up automotive company is looking for Quality Manager base in Changshu.
You will be responsible for product and process quality management. Improve customer quality and quick response tocustomer complains., develop quality system & control.

Key responsibilities include:
establish and perform quality system
enhance process quality monitoring, corrective actions and continuous improvement
continue to improve products’ quality and improve customers’ satisfaction
make sure manage to the global quality tools being performed
enhance the effectiveness of process audit and corrective actions

Key requirements include:
bachelor degree or above
at least five years professional experience in automotive industry
familiar with all kind of quality tools & quality system
strong leadership skill
good interpersonal and communication skills

This is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise specialized in R&D and manufacturing of auto stamping parts and die.
