An European automotive company is looking for Customer Quality Engineer based in Suzhou to improve the quality level of their products.

Key Responsibilities:
act as first contact point for customer complaints
lead customer complaint handling and as the problem owner to organize team to fix the problem in 8D way
controlling the process of internal complaint completion and informing the customer about the status of their complaint regularly
accompany audits done by customers within the company

Key Requirements:
bachelor degree in quality or engineering
proficiency in problem solving and quality techniques
excellent communication skill
working knowledge of English
