A US company is looking for a supplier development engineer based in Wuxi to development the quality of plastic and rubber parts supplier.
As a supplier development engineer, you will be required to have strong technical background of injection and tooling.

Key Responsibilities:
review tool design/concepts with molding/tooling vendors
ensure tooling is built to appropriate construction standards
assist suppliers, purchasing and engineering in definition of product quality characteristics and appropriate testand control measures to assure compliance to final product characteristics
evaluate and approve/reject various supplier reports and data that are submitted as part of product development and/or engineering changes

Key Requirements:
engineering or technical degree at bachelor level preferred
five or more years of experience in injection mold tool design or tool manufacturing environment
substantial cross-functional and organizational awareness, and teamwork abilities
substantial mastery of communication skills
