A European company is looking for a Quality Development Manager in their manufacturing plant located in Changshu, Suzhou.

Key Responsibilities include:
production quality assurance & control
claim visits to customers
coordinator of black belt’s linkage in local site
find implement learning from other global projects to local site
identify & quantify process improvement opportunities
arrange local trainings with training providers in terms of lean six sigma tools

Key Requirements include:
education and work experience: college or university degree in paper & pulp production, printing or chemistry
more than two years’ experience in practical application of six sigma methodologies, technical mastery of six sigma and lean tools and methodologies
strong project management, interpersonal, change management skills, including the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
strong strategic business perspective and systems thinking capability and analytical and problem solving skills
very good oral and written communication skills, presentation skills & project management skills
