A leading European industrial products manufacturer is looking for a Quality Manager.

Key Responsibilities include:
continuously improving all quality KPIs including CR for field quality ,DPPM for supplied material quality, FPY for process quality, LQ for statistic control of FG goods
define proper project quality plan and keep deeply involved into the project development gates
continuously improving the whole quality control chain from supplier quality, IQC, process control, FG control andmarket feedback
manage and motivate the whole team to continuously deliver top performance
take the role of interface between quality to other department and HQ

Key Requirements include:
bachelor degree or above in electronics, electrical, mechanical or air conditioning specialty
more than eight years experience in home appliances or similar industry, experience of air conditioning products will be the plus
fluent English
good communication skill, willing to change, tough in insisting but flexible in communication
