Job Descriptions：

Eaton Coporation, Electrical Sector, has an opening - Payroll Specialist based in Suzhou and responsible for 1000+ employees payroll operation, social benefits, IIT and other payroll related, make sure its accuracy and on time delivery.
1. Fully execute Coporate C&B policy and pay for evidence philosophy;
2. Work with Finance and Sales team to caculate quarterly Sales Incentives;
3. Understand Business' s needs and provide efficient and effective responses to them;
4. Operate payroll, social benefits and supplementary commercial insurance;
5. In charge of internal and external audits;
6. Track annual leave;
7. Support team leader to improve payroll processes across China region;
8. Cooperate with HR partners for the execution of C&B policies and procedures;
9. Assist the team leader to lauch Oracle payroll system in Suzhou and Changzhou plant.

Requirements：

A.Education: Bachelor Degree or above;
B.Computer skill: Familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc;
C.Work experience: 3-5 years working experience in relative HR Job;
D.Strong logical thinking capability, data sensitive;
E.Conscientious, patient, good in communication and can work under pressure;
F.Good in English, speaking and writing.
