主要职责:

1. Oversee the Fina3 construction project from start to finish；
监督Fina3扩建项目，确保按时完成；
2. Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed；
在项目规划、预算控制及资源需求确认方面发挥重要作用；
3. Project accounting functions including managing the budget；
具有项目中会计业务经验，包括预算控制；
4. Ensure that SZP Fina3 scope activities move according to predetermined schedule；
根据项目进度确保顺利完成苏州工厂Fina3项目；
5. Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises；
制定项目工作计划；
6. Communicate effectively with the CM/contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project；
与相关方进行有效沟通，完成各阶段项目；
7. Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the FES, plant stakeholder ,CM, contractors and sub-contractors；
协调项目中各方成员；
8. Monitor the progress of the construction activities/new equipment introduction on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings；
定期组织会议来监督扩建项目的进程；
9. Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards；
严格遵守预算的指导方针，质量及安全标准；
10. Periodic inspection of construction sites；
定期进行施工现场检查；
11. Ensure project documents are complete.
