职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Personnel procedure implementation:
- on-board
- checkout
- contract management
- probation management
- SOP implementation and continue improvement
2. HR Data Management and reporting:
- Attendance management
- HR-related system maintenance & fully using
- Reporting can meet on-time delivery and ensure data accuracy
- Ensure p-file is well-organized
3. Benefit management:
- commercial insurance: well manage vendor and ensure the claim cycle
- medical checkup: handle on schedule and achieve good customer satisfaction
- Other benefit projects and manage related vendors in an efficient way.
4. DVC operator hiring and labor agency management, ensure the hiring cycle quality and outsourcing can meet the business requirement.
5. Customer satisfaction & other task assigned:
- Build up good network with customers: HRBP, LM, employee, related departments.
- Proactively lead projects/tasks
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Human resource or English is preferred
2. At least 3 year HR experience in manufacturing, mechanical industry background is preferred, better in Suzhou yuanqu area
3. Be familiar with Suzhou labor market and local labor law/regularization
4. Communication and influence skill, good spoken and written English
5. Good Team work
