Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- As contact person represent Philips IS BIUs and IS China manages relationships with (P)NMS.
- Key player in Philips Symphony Integration Team to ensure a successful integration result.
- Accountable for ensuring the Symphony Definitive Agreements are properly followed and executed by (P)NMS and Philips after deal closed.
- Accountable for ensuring that cost, flexibility, quality, delivery, regulatory compliance objectives with (P)NMS are established and achieved.
- Ensures robust and sustainable supply management processes is installed to deliver upon the strategic intent.
- Responsible for managing the business review process with (P)NMS to ensure that supplier performance and BIU business needs are aligned.
- Responsible in managing the negotiation process and preform reconciliation with (P)NMS where needed.

Qualifications/ Capabilities:

· Bachelor degree in engineering. MBA preferred
· At least 8-10 years of experience in the supply management field
· Working experience in Medical Device Industrial and OEM supplier management expertise is a must.
· Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across functions and organizations.
· Strong conflicts solving skill and negotiation skills
· Experience in cross-cultural environment (projects, teams, management)
· Proven track record in achieving results
· Strong and effective communicator, capable of interfacing with various levels in an organization
· Proven ability to build successful relationships – internally and externally
· Experience in Operations, Project Management and Supply Chain Management
· Willingness to spend a significant amount of time travelling (in case work location is not in ShenYang).
· Experience in global / cross-functional management processes
