·Key areas of accountability (Please state the most important areas of accountability in your job, in rough order of importance. Please focus on the results that are expected from your job. In each statement (probably six to eight in total), please indicate what has to be done, within which area or framework, and with what end result (e.g. “Prepare, gain agreement for, and implement, capital expenditure plans which ensure that future manufacturing needs are met within acceptable cost limits”). ·Architect high-level project plan. Considatate the bottoms-up planning with key integration points and optimize into an agressive, yet realistic project plan to reach business targets.

· Assist project team members to create detailed work breakdown structure and help them to build a solid mechanism for tracking the project progress.
· Drive overall project execution to achieve schedule and content within budget.
· Ensure clear quality goals are created and communicated that ensures the team has clear targets to enable top quality delivery the first time.
· Align functional team activities (R&D, purchasing, marketing, manufacturing, finance, regulatory etc.), typically with global reach across sites, through a structured approach to assure effective project delivery.
· Establish a measurement and reporting framework to review progress with key stakeholders.
· Develop key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure progress.
· Recommend course corrections to the project plan as required, drive decisions to closure with project team and all stakeholders, and build the results into updated plans
· Use appropriate project management tools, communication plans and risk management techniques to create rigor in project planning and execution.

7. Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required. Masters degree in business or engineering preferred.
· Over 5 years project management experience in multinational companies.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Strong problem-solving skills required.
· Clear thinking and able to make decision based on facts.
· Good communication and team work.
· Abililty to motivate and coach the team.
Ability to sell, persuade, and influence required.
Well-rounded experience (operations, engineering, purchasing, quality, sales, etc.) preferred.
· Healthcare related inductury experience preferred.
Basic understanding of contracts and negotiation preferred.
Strong understanding of financial analysis tools preferred. Ability to innovate cost-saving ideas preferred.
Prior experience with factory setup or transfer preferred.
Computer-literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
Six-sigma knowledge required. Certification preferred.
Global travel required.
Bi-lingual (English and Mandarin) preferred.
