岗位职责：
? 负责项目部中短期人力资源计划制定执行；
? 负责项目部人才招聘，满足项目部人力资源需求；
? 负责项目部培训计划拟定，并组织实施；
? 负责项目部绩效管理和薪酬管理工作；
? 负责项目部员工关系处理，构建和谐的劳资关系，营造良好的工作氛围；
? 负责项目部员工的行政管理工作，如办公资源协调、办公环境和办公秩序的维护等；
? 上级临时交办的其他工作。
