职位描述
Key Areas of Responsibility:
· Establish and consistently meet or exceed quality and delivery standards for services for our customers.
· Manage all operations within the Site in accordance with company policies by motivating, planning and directing work, managing performance and resolving associate issues so that assigned performance and financial targets are met or exceeded.
· Develop, review and approve key account proposals for meeting company goals and objectives.
· Ensure all operation personnel adhere to company policies and procedures.
· Develop operations and capital expenditure budget and coordinates capital expenditures once proper approvals have been received.
· Participate and support the Customer Service initiative whenever necessary with relevant department including but not limited to Quality, SCM etc.
· Works with the Sustainability to coordinate the procedures required for compliance with Philips, government and or relevant organization’s regulations including but not limited to OSHA, EICC, COSTCO, PSCS ,ICS etc.
· Works with Site Manager and BG Operation Mangement to develop, implement and revise standard operational procedures as needed
· Monitors Operation KPIs such as CLIP & Productiovity etc in order to identify and correct unfavorable trends.
· Resolves operational, staffing and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and minimum delays.
· Works with the Human Resources to resolve any personnel issues.
· Coordinate with relevant functional Department (such as SCM, Prorocument, Quality etc ) whenever needed to ensure smooth production Operations.
Job Requirements & Skills
• Education:
Bachelor degree , majored in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering etc,
• Experience: more than 7 years HRM working experience
At least 5 years proven track record of setting, implementing and achieving Operational strategies as an Operation Manager within a large-sized manufacturing organization and,
At least 3 years experiences at managerial position in manufacturing with proven people management experience and,
Proven track record of managing teams effectively, especially x-culture /x-function team effectively, in a task-people balanced way.
Competency and Skills:
1. Good presentation and communication skills. This position has to work closely with people from different prospective, Sustainability team, operational team and supply chain team & other functional colleague globally.
2. Well-developed written and verbal skills in English.
