Key Responsibilities:

? deliver breakthrough levels of improvement in process capability, productivity and business processes to reduce defects and attain world-class levels of quality
? work with functional, site, and supply chain teams to complete projects using six sigma statistical methodologies to drive standardization, stability, and simplification in processes
? apply six sigma tools and methodologies to drive significant business impact
? apply lean six sigma tools to improve process capability and eliminate defects
? identify potential process improvement projects
? lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
? facilitate, train, and coach team members in the use of six sigma tools
? serve as a recognized expert to facilitate problem solving, workouts, and provide statistical and analytical expertise and training as required
? local resource for site GB projects coaching and instruction

Key Requirements:
? educational background: university degree major in engineering or equivalent
? black belt certified
? five years or more of manufacturing experience in process, product or improvement activities
? two years working experience as certified bb with strong statistics/DMAIC background
? fluent in English
? strong analytical and quantitative skills; statistically literate and familiar with six sigma quality concepts and tools
? demonstrated experience in a process improvement position
? proven success in driving and completing six sigma projects
? good business acumen and demonstrated understanding of the alignment of six sigma with the achievement of business goals
? good project management, mentoring and coaching skills
? proven facilitation, presentation, communication and team skills
? ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization
? self starter in all aspects change management
