Key Responsibilities:
? under the leadership of program manager, work with factory operation team, to define the make vs. buy strategy for the new factory
? based on the make vs. buy strategy, follow the cell/line design methodology, design the manufacturing cell and line, meanwhile the material replenishment and material presentation for the cell/line, fulfill lean operation requirement
? work with SCM team, to design the lean logistic for material
? work with operation team, to design the whole dc and dc material flow, fulfill the lean operation requirement, considering future growth and flexibility for further adjustment
? organize and perform all of the cell/line and factory 3p (production preparation process) events
? process certification for all of the line relate to the new factory
? plan and execute the manufacturing line transfer from existing factory to new factory
? work with project team, to design or support the design for whole campus layout
? under program manager leadership, support the construction team to fulfill the internal and external approval and passport process requirement
? training and improve the ability for direct report IE engineer
? other related work arranged by the management team

Key Requirements:
? bachelor & above, major in mechanical / industry design / electrical, engineering related subject
? experience in lean manufacturing, ( ace, six sigma, etc.) with good event achievement
? at least eight years IE related experience with good performance
? factory setup & construction experience will be preferred
? familiar with stand work, TAKT-time, VSM, manufacturing process certification, quality control, factory visualization, 5s, time observation, simulation, these kind of tool to improve the process good improvement event experience
? international company work experience, and process orientation will be preferred
? excellent teamwork spirit excellent communication skill

? fluent Chinese & English writing, reading and speaking
