Responsibilities
Working with senior management, the Business Planner and Analyst will play an important role in developing and implementing operational business plans and initiatives to drive the Company's growth and risk control across all products and sectors under the BUMWS. Supporting business planning &Analyst manager, he/she will be responsible for improving the company's forecast activity, profitability, analyzing sales team performance, and proposing internal improvements. Other specific accountabilities include:
1/Analyzing on a constant basis the sales trends, stock levels, and forecasts provided by the sales force, concentrated on the daily sales job, to recognize and anticipate trends of the market;
2/Coordinating the planning/ forecasting process on monthly basis, providing to supply chain department with the market requirement, In order to do so he/she will be in close and constant contact with Sales force as well as logistic dept, making sure market demand and production/stock are constantly as aligned as possible, proposing solutions, implementing new tools if necessary.
3/Interacting with major accounts in order to shorten the communication chain making sure the production plan in place is always aligned with their real requirement with the aim of increasing the overall service level perceived from the customer protecting at the same time the company from sudden fluctuation of the demand;
4/Visiting Key customers to build a collaborative relationship between the two companies is required;
5/Supervising the preparation of monthly business analysis reports and ensuring compliance with local budgetary reporting requirements;
6/Analyzing performance across revenue and forecasting, variances compared to prior periods, and trend data,
7/Suggesting corrective action and identifying cost savings opportunities by lean thinking;
8/Establishing and maintaining appropriate internal controls;
9/Interacting with cross functional management to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through supply chain, financial and business management information analysis, reports, and recommendations;
Requirements
The ideal candidate of this position will be an MBA graduate/Qualified Managerial Accountant (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of experience at multinational company in a similar role; or a bachelor's degree in business, mathematics or statistics with a minimum of 5 year experience with high potential is considerable. Excellent skills in business analysis is mandatory and financial analysis experience are plus. The candidate will have strong communication skills enabling him/her to negotiate effectively cross functional internally and external customers, high degree of attention to detail is required. He/she must also be great planners, good business acumen, be highly organized, have the ability to develop business strategy and have solid decision-making skills.
1/Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skill;
2/Very good English level, both Oral and Written
3/Wide knowledge of Excel, PPT; Business intelligence system/ Statistic management tool are plus.
4/Skillful with numbers in general and interest/passion in performing analysis challenging himself to innovate and implement new solutions in order to continuously improve his critical attitude".
5/SAP and CRM(Sieble/ Sales Force) is plus
