Your challenge

Ensure that development project targets on product quality are achieved and that defined Product Quality processes are implemented.
Provide Leadership in steering all quality related activities in a development project.
Your responsibilities
Driving Quality awareness both internally in the organization and externally with ODM /suppliers to ensure the needs (values, design and reliable robust) of the consumers is secured
Define and drive execution of the quality plan in a development project within the areas of Voice of the Customer, Critical Parameters, Robust & Reliable Design, Risk & Problem Management. Able to master DFMEA process.
Define and drive completion of test plan in a development project including Analysis Testing, Design Evaluation Testing, Product Maturity Testing, Ongoing Reliability Testing, Safety and Approbation.
Lead the process to timely & effectively close all Maturity Grid quality items (iPM) in the development project
Capture the learning from a previous development project (both on development process and on technical issues), initiate improvements in the next project

Your team
As part of Technical & Development department, Development Quality Function holds the embassador role for embedding quality in the product design towards customer satisfaction.

We are looking for

Academic / Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree holder with Sound knowledge on Quality Assurance methods
Working Experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience in quality field in large volume manufacturing environment
Expertise / Skills:
Knowledge and experience with Design For Six Sigma (DFSS)
Solid experience in product development
Good skills in managing cross-functional and multi-location team
Personal Attributes:
Business oriented with strong mindset of analysis & synthesis
Managerial capabilities with respect to leadership and people influencing skills
Remarks:
Good command on both English & Chinese
Team player and team builder
