Purpose:

Leads Suppliers Quality interface with designated commodity suppliers and is single point of contact for identifying / resolving supplier related Quality issues. Ensures supplier deliver good quality components, materials and services and improves supplier quality over the entire life cycle (IPD-LCM-EOL). Contributes to strategy, approach, deployment and support implementation of supplier quality management processes.

Responsibilities:

· Contribute to development and deployment of Supplier Quality Strategies.

· Contribute to sourcing decisions identifying required supplier capability from a Quality perspective.

· Own and approve component release in project team...

· Identify gaps of supplier capability, establish quality/process control approaches and manage supplier quality risk throughout product life cycle. Drive supplier quality improvement plan.

· Translate Philips quality expectation into quality agreement & deploy to supplier

· Manage top level executive relationships with suppliers: interface with the JQM

· Manage and solve high risk supplier quality issues (SCAR issuing, complaint handling)

· Lead and monitor supplier Quality, identify structurally non-performing suppliers and manage continuous improvement plans in co-ordination with SAM.

· Ensure compliance to Quality and ROHS/REACH standards.

· Identify, evaluate, recommend, deploy and execute and coach quality tools application

· Plan and lead supplier audits, assessments and supplier performance monitoring

Requirements:

· Education学历: Bachelor degree in industrial field

· Experience工作经验: 5-7 years experience in relevant quality field

· Competency and Skills 能力和技能: Application of quality tools, such as FMEA, QMS, Auditor skill, Lean principle, good English and good communication skills.

· Travel Frequency出差频率: 50% travelling time
