岗位要求如下：

1、本科以上，工科类专业(机械、设备、自动化专业优先)；

2、知名企业十年以上自动化设备、机械、模具行业工作经验,同职位五年以上岗位经验；

3、能协助总经理进行公司整体经营管理工作，有丰富的自动化设备设计研发管理经验；

4、了解各类机械工作原理,精通电气原理图的设计、自动化程序设计、PLC的应用等；

5、熟悉企业经营管理和企业动作及各部门工作流程,具有良好的前瞻性和高端决策能力

（第四条不做强烈要求）

工作内容：

1、制定公司组织结构和管理体系完善、健全公司各项规章制度,推公司规范化管理；

2、协助总经理制定公司发展战略规划、经营计划、业务发展计划；

3、按时提交公司发展现状报告、发展计划报告 ；

4、指导公司人才队伍的建设工作；

5、其它事务。
