Summary of Client:

我们的客户是位于世界前列的某著名豪华品牌的汽车销售及服务公司，业务范围主要集中在华南地区。

Reporting Lines:

Department: Group Training Centre

Report to: Senior Training Manager-Group

Key Responsibilities:

1. 协助培训需求调查及分析，公司培训计划的制定；

2. 制定、完善培训制度和培训流程；

3. 负责员工的入职培训/指引、相关基本技能、知识培训；

4. 协助员工培训发展计划的实施，有成果、有效率地实施公司的年度培训计划；

5. 指导、协调各部门对员工的在岗培训工作；

6. 负责员工的培训记录工作，同时管理好培训设施；

7. 对教材进行管理，积累有价值的技术或管理方面的教案；

8. 负责年度培训计划的执行。

Job Requirements:

1. 本科或以上学历，3年以上培训工作经验；

2. 良好的中英文表达能力和沟通能力；

3. 具备一定的专业培训技能；

4. 熟悉MS-Office操作；

5. 良好的组织、协调能力；

6. 以人为导向，主动、富团队精神；

7. 良好的分析能力，能承受较大的工作压力；

8. 成熟、独立、自信、正直、具有开放思维。
