Company background:

A US based company with main products of outdoor canopy

Responsibility:

1. Manage the company’s financial systems to ensure the company’s financial statements are accurate and timely completed

2. Partner with material control, operations and teams in providing value added financial analysis and support

3. Manages costs effectively in comparison to budget and provides early warnings and counter measures to regional management

4. Responsible for managing and developing the finance team in China to improve the effectiveness of supporting the increasing needs of the business.

5. The position is responsible for establishing long-range goals, strategies, plans, policies, controls, reporting systems, and providing forecasting and trend analysis data with the goal to maximize long-term growth and profitability.

6. Critical to this role is ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting/financial Degree or equivalent and related field

2. At least 8 or more years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations

3. Familiar with ERP system, such as SAP or any other ERP software

4. Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA or other relevant qualifications) is desirable.

5. Excellent in spoken and written English, fluent in Mandarin
