某跨国医药行业公司招聘General Manager总经理

Critical Experience and Skills：
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, better in chemical engineering
2. 8+ years of hands-on experience within manufacturing operations environment and sales management, ideally in pharmaceutical or chemical industry
3. Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement
4. Solid understanding of GMP framework
5. Fluently spoken and written English and Mandarin.
6. Preferable to have previous experience as GM in foreign invested Chinese JV environment

2. Establish, manage and maintain trustful contact and relationship with key clients

Major Duties：
1. Take charge of company management including Operations, R&D, Sales, HR and Finance
2. Develop / implement marketing strategy and customer relationship to maximize sales
3. Work together with global team to develop industry management strategy in China, tactics and sales plans, and review sales result by monthly, quarterly and annual base;
4. Keeping and develop good netting with Industry Association and Government organization, increase and expand our brand influence in China industry market;
5. Lead operations management including production, logistics, purchasing, quality, R&D etc.
6. Coordinate and optimize the production and logistic efficiency for cost-saving;
7. Improve quality system to ensure meet customer's requirement and quality standard;
8. Coordinate with related teams and ensure its smooth implementation;
9. Build, maintain and improve long-term relationships with customers
10. Lead Performance, Finance and HR management;
11. Perform other duties as assigned;
