Client background: Our Client is a worldwide leader in automotive safety, a pioneer in both seatbelts and airbags, and a technology leader with the widest product offering for automotive safety.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new lines and equipment installation and maintenance, responsible for Equipment WI and PM WI preparation;
- Responsible for machine breakdown problem solving to ensure the production task implemented on time, organize maintenance team members to analyze and improve the machine breakdown root cause and prevent re-occur, reduce the machine downtime
- Responsible for training to maintenance on equipment and maintenance;
- Responsible for equipment maintenance and management according to quality system requirement;
- Responsible for supporting on new line or equipment installation and validation with project team together;
- Responsible for items related to process equipment improvement or EC implementation;
- Responsible for TPM in APS;
- Responsible for equipment soft/hardware management and spare part preparation, control maintenance cost and spare parts safety stock to avoid machine breakdown.
- Responsible for process quality issue improvement related on machine or equipment
- Finish other works assigned by leader

Requirements:
- College and above, prefer major in automation and electrical
- Familiar with PLC and specially Siemens S7
- Familiar with electrical equipment
- Good English skills
