职位描述

Company background: Our client is a French based chemical plants in Jiangsu Province.

Responsibility:
1. Equipment and Services Purchasing(engineering, construction) over china
2. Set the scope of bids, negotiate for the price
3. Prepare contracts
4. Purchasing amounts: 100 MM RMB Projects, 15MM RMB/yr maintenance.

Requirement:
1. Education: bachelor degree of chemical fields
2. Experience: engineer or equal professional background; at least 10 years working experiences in a joint venture or foreign investment company
3. Special skills: English speaking very well; office software application; communication very well; strong responsibilities
4. Design institute or chemical engineering company is a plus.
