岗位目标：
Purpose of the Position:
资源部经理负责主要资源部项目的管理，协助资源部负责人建立物料类别和供应商战略, 与内外部沟通以推进物料替代项目的进行， 指导帮助资源部专员及高级资源部专员完成项目或价格及合同商谈。
Sourcing Manager will be responsible for key sourcing projects handle, aid department head to build up category and supplier sourcing strategy and work with internal and external for materials replacement, instruct and help sourcing specialist/senior sourcing specialist to achieve projects and negotiate prices and contract.
工作职责：
Responsibilities (fundamental job duties):

? 负责主要资源部项目的管理，包含方案制定及管理执行以实现成本的有效合理节约。
? Handle key sourcing projects, include make purchasing strategy and manage and operate to achieve effective and reasonable cost saving.
? 协助资源部负责人建立物料类别和供应商战略。
? Aid department head to build up category and supplier sourcing strategy
? 与内外部沟通以推进物料替代项目的进行。
? Work with internal and external for materials replacement.
? 负责项目分析及法律事务的确认。
? Analysis Projects and confirms RA issue
? 在全球范围内寻找潜在供应商，以获取合格的样品及更优惠的价格。
? Source potential suppliers in global and get qualified samples and better prices.
? 指导资源部专员及高级资源总部专员完成项目。
? Instruct sourcing specialist/senior sourcing specialist to achieve projects.
? 负责帮助资源部专员及高级资源部专员商谈价格及合同。
? Help sourcing specialist/senior sourcing specialist negotiate prices and contract.
? 保持与供应商的关系。
? Maintain relationship with suppliers.

工作胜任要求：
Minimum Requirements:

? 本科以上学历；
? Minimum B.S/B.A degree in
? 同等职位5年以上工作经验；
? Minimum 5years practical experience at equal position
? 良好的中英文语言能力；
? Proficiency both in Chinese and English language;
? 良好的电脑操作能力及沟通技巧；
? Good at computer skill and communication skill;
? 良好的价格及合同商谈技巧；
? Good skills on pricing and contract negotiation;
? 良好的控制及管理项目的技巧。
? Good skills on project control and management.
