主要职责：

1. 负责产品的宣传、推广和销售，完成销售任务指标。

2. 制定销售工作计划，按照计划拜访及维护客户。

3. 搜集与寻找客户资料，建立客户档案。

4. 搜集并了解竞争对手信息。

5. 做好销售合同的签订，协调处理各类市场问题。

6. 接待来访客户，与公司内部各部门保持良好沟通。

7. 积极开发新客户，保持良好的心态和规范行为。

资格要求：

1. 大专以上学历，男女不限。

2. 吃苦耐劳，建筑行业两年以上销售工作经验。

3. 英语良好者优先。（可不限于行业经验）

4. 有驾照及车辆者优先。

5. 了解本地区市场，同设计院、建筑师或承包商有着良好的关系。

6. 熟练使用办公软件。（Excel、Word、PPT、PDF、CAD及建筑图纸）

7. 年龄32岁以下，形象佳、具备良好沟通表达能力。

8. 良好的责任感和团队工作意识。

Position: Sales Engineer (Tianjin)

Location: Tianjin

Job Description:

1. Responsible for publicity, promotion and sales of products complete the sales target.

2. Formulate sales work plan, in accordance with the plan to visit clients and maintain a good relationship.

3. Collect and looking for customer data, build customer file.

4. Collect and understand the competition information.

5. Preparation of the sales contract signed, dealing with all kinds of market coordination.

6. Entertain customers; keep good communication with internal departments.

7. Actively develop new customers, maintain good state of mind and standardize behavior.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, male or female.

2. Bear hardships and stand hard work, construction industry for more than two years sales experience.

3. Fluent English is preferred.(no limit to industry experience )

4. A driver's license and vehicle is preferred.

5. Understand the market in this region, has a good relationship with design institute, architects or contractors.

6. Proficient in using office software.(Excel, Word, PPT, PDF ,CAD and construction drawings)

7. Under age of 32 years, good image, and has good communication skills.

8. A good sense of responsibility and team work consciousness.
