Job Summary
l Assist with processing of ocean shipments for an assigned base of accounts under the direct supervision. Assist with duties related to data entry, document preparation and traffic coordination required to correctly process ocean shipments in a cost-efficient manner and within Company standards.
Requirements

l Attention to detail- ability to work independently while following established company policy and procedures.
l Analytical – examines and interprets a wide variety of data/information and makes recommendations and decisions.
l Self Management - manage time effectively while placing appropriate emphasis on excellence and speed of response in work performance.
l Results Orientation – demonstrates a clear understanding of expected outcomes. Delivers in a timely manner. Seeks assistance when necessary. Accepts responsibility for results
l Client Focused- able to anticipate and identify customers’ needs and expectations and what constitutes positive customer satisfaction; and effectively meet those needs to ensure quality customer service.
l Adaptability – reacts and adjusts positively to various work situations and a flexible approach to resolving challenges.
l Diversity Orientation- treats each person in the department as an individual with individual needs and issues, and values differences among team members.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
l OP should provide CS with the cost, and should provide the information of Carrier, Space Status and Routing information
l OP send forecast to core carriers by lane basis, manage our space allocation loop and carrier
l Create JOB no. and should be responsible for shipment log.
l Send shipping order to the shipping line
l OP should coordinate with carrier to confirmation any revised booking information is changed accordingly.
l Coordinate with carrier and CY terminal to make sure empty container to be released timely.
l Contact with trucking company, CY to make sure those shipment can be on board on time, any updated information should tell CS to inform CS immediately.
l Issue class A invoice
l Coordinate with agent for payment. If any have to hold MBL or HBL, should work with CS together.
l Be responsible for billing in FAMS within 2days after ETD based on Recap & Settlement & Settlement analysia provide by CS.
l Track shipment OP
l OP make correction for billing in FAMS based on CCA form by CS
l Ensure GSU in FAMS is timely completed and entered
l Other duties as assigned
