Key Account Manager - Zoomlion – SH


Department: Sales Department
Report to: Sales Manager
Location: Chang Sha or Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:

l Performs development and implementation of the Sauer-Danfoss sales strategies in order to achieve “Unique Customer Experience” at the OEMs
l Communicates and recommends the current and future OEM needs of products, solutions and services to the respective BA’s
l Provides input to help bringing our BA’s and functional areas closer to our OEMs
l Performs effective communication internally as well as externally
l Gives input to own personal development and objectives
l Recommends and decides the team members’ development and objectives.
l Performs leadership for the SD customer team
l Performs leading and managing role for people management.
l Promotes of Sauer-Danfoss products and systems to OEMs (Perform)
l Recommends actions in specific warranty issues
l Performing regular sales & profitability analysis for allocated customers and recommends actions to optimize profitability
l Recommends financial shared service for collection of overdue payments

Qualification:
l University degree (Bachelor or Master) in mechanical /electrical engineering discipline or sufficient experience in mechanical, hydraulic or electronics design or technical support
l Formal commercial and account management training is preferred
l 5+ years sales experience in the hydraulics industry or in the Sauer-Danfoss target markets
l Experience in Account Management and Sales Development
l Experience in leading team members is preferred
l Proven sales skills
l Ability to manage multiple tasks in a matrix organization
l Good at managing relationship at all levels and functional areas
l Energetic, willing to find compromises between multiple and sometimes conflicting interests
