- 负责所属团队日常管理和队伍建设；
- 帮助指导部门成员完成销售目标并提高销售业绩；
- 协同销售人员拜访客户，给予下属及时有效的指导和在岗培训；
- 与直接主管以及其他部门进行协调和沟通；
- 对CRM和管理报表进行分析；
- 应收帐款的管理；
- 执行上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
- 专科以上学历
- 3年销售经验，其中销售团队管理经验1年以上；
- 从事过互联网行业，人力资源行业优先；
- 优秀的执行力，抗压能力和灵活处理紧急事务的能力；
- 良好的人际关系管理能力，善于协调团队成员之间的关系；
- 强烈的进取心，团队精神和高度的责任心。
