Essential Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities and drive business growth of Power Switching including ATS (automatic transfer switches), SPD (surge protection device) and PSG (paralleling switchgear) for mission-critical power supply markets
• Drive growth of distribution channels and business partners, take lead on key projects and make direct sales when needed
• Explore new markets, new growth points and emerging business opportunities. Identify strategic accounts for market coverage and penetration
• Support market research; contribute to new product introduction
• Execute and fulfill assigned sales operation plans
• Build up internal teams and external resources for long-term sustainable growth
• Traveling at short notice is required


Qualifications/Requirements

Critical Criteria
• Good knowledge in Low voltage electric components and/or equipment, rich experience in ATS is highly preferred.• Proven track-record of channel growth and distributor development, work closely with end user, panel builder and design institute.

Other Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or above
• Minimum 5-year sales experience in power distribution component/equipment with 3 years in leadership roles
• Customer oriented, driven Self-starter and fast learner with strong ability to energize and inspire others, led by example, passion for growth. • Strong ability to guide and influence customers at all levels and of various functions
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in crisis management
• Say-Do accountability and tenacity to follow through tough assignment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both listening and presentation
