The responsibilities included but not limited to:
主要工作职责:
· Independently perform spot repairs on components in all mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic Scania vehicle systems and components by finding and understanding the service information.
通过搜寻并理解维修手册资料而独立执行斯堪尼亚车辆在所有机械的, 气动的和液压方面的维修.
· Carry out work on the Scania vehicle's electrical system and use information from the wiring diagrams and manuals for electrical components.
执行斯堪尼亚车辆电器系统的故障查找和维修, 并且能够使用线路图和手册上的电器元件信息.
· Check arrived vehicles and record problems according to standard of company.
按照公司要求检查到达车辆并记录问题。
· Order parts according to parts ordering procedures.
按照订件规则下订单
· Receive parts
接收零件
· Organize warehouse according to consumption/arrival of parts..
根据零部件到达和消耗情况整理库房
· Implement PDI(Pre-Delivery-Inspection) according to standard of company.
按照公司要求执行交付前检查
· Ensure all labor forms and service sheets are completed correctly.
确保所有的工作单和服务单填写正确完整.
· Drive service car to working location
驾驶服务车辆抵达工作场所
· Use and apply knowledge, training, technical and personal skills to carry out work allocated by Production Support Manager

· Provide technical advice to customers and colleague
为客户和同事提供技术建议.
· Maintain a thorough and up to date knowledge of products and attend training courses.

· Ensure that customer requirements and expectations are met, through the provision of quality workmanship.

· Ensure that all customer and company vehicles and property, including workshop tools and equipment, are handled appropriately, exercising due care and control.
