Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved)
Field Force training management
. Provide Rep’s PFS/scientific skills training plan, implement, keep a record in Area
. Support and check GCR DSM’s training plan and record in Area
. Retain AD/ASM training record
. Organize On-Boarding Training, Coordinate with HR, Medical and Brand training
. Support Other Training, such as HR /BPC/Sailing Training/Project
Sales Capabilities
. Coaching FF and give feedback to relative line manager and make a record. Feedback to AD and design appropriate training course in the cycle meeting to improve selling skill
. Regular tracking coaching & summarize findings then send to everyone in Area to motivate all the Rep
Cycle meetings coordination:
. Work with project team to define cycle meetings content and ensure adequate material is put in place
. Organize the best practice sharing in cycle meeting and Knowledge test
. Design the appropriate training course in the cycle meeting to improve
. Lead relevant session roll out
. Coordinate with GCR & relevant functions
RDPAC Test and Medical Representative Certification
? Ensure percentage of pass the exam in half a year in FF
? Support GCPO the Medical Rep Certification based on GCR schedule
? Regular report on test result and findings.
Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant.
Key Performance Indicators (Indicate how performance will be measured: indicators, activities…)
– All FF can get appropriate training per plan and keep adequate training record
– Sales Capabilities assessment: feedback from DSMs if required
– Sales Excellence Project relevant tasks
– Cycle meeting coordination: feedback on cycle meeting quality from Sales
– Sales automation: QTQ data quality, Gold Arrow /SuperNova , coaching report tracking , other sales 3.0+ tools but not limited in the range.
– Sales capabilities projects: assessment from project leader if required

Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)
Education: Graduated from University or upwards, major in medical and pharmacy or correlated science
Experience:
Sales mgt (3+ years) with proven good performance in pharmaceutical industry, MNC company work experience is preferred.
Training experience as a strong plus
Languages:
Mandarin and working English skills
