Role and Responsibility：

Assist the Retail Training Manger, he/she is responsible for the retail training in the North China areas:

• Facilitate the setting and updating of the retail service standards
• Function as a resource and leader providing product and sales expertise to establish and reinforce company authority
• Represent the company in image, passion and productivity
• Suggest the training approach to address the training and education needs
• Conduct visits regularly to review programs and goals, assess retail team on product knowledge, selling environment, address areas of challenge, and brainstorm on areas for development.
• Update and publish the training materials and job aids to support the in store coaching and references
• Manage the Mystery Shopper Program tracking
• Perform field coaching to shop supervisor and retail sales

Requirement：

• 3 years fashion retail experience and 1 year training experience is essential.
• Solid retail sales skills, strong passion for industry
• Excellent communication skills to be able to build solid working relationship with different departments
• Be Honest, mature, Initiative and innovative
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Willing travel to conduct training
