Job Summary/Purposes
The incumbent is responsible to support Miu Miu retail event for improvement of retail KPI. Assisting with Miu Miu customer database management.
Responsibilities
1. Retail events coordination and supervision:
o Coordinate Miu Miu retail event and ensuring execution is in line with Miu Miu standards;
o Propose creative ideas on new retail event formats based on the market needs.
o Liaise with HQ Event team to implement WWD guidelines efficiently;
o Vendor selection, quotation review
o Retail event budget control and handling of payment procedures (PO creation, payment voucher & contract management)
o Responsible for post event report preparation
2. Customer data base management:
o Monitor and maintain the quality of the data base in coordination with the stores;
o Review CRM KPI of the stores on a monthly basis;
o Propose monthly actions to be taken at store level making use of the data base;
o Implement training as needed for the Retail team to support the CRM goals;
3. VIC program Management:
o Analysis of VIC sales and recruitment;
o Study of market best practices;
o Assist and propose improvement of the current VIC program to the Management whenever needed;
o Assist to manage and monitor budget related to ‘VIC treatment and activities’;
o Develop and follow up ‘tailor made’ action plan for different China stores;
