PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责：

- Responsible for collection and clarification of suitable external training companies' profile after regular contact.

与外部培训机构定期沟通，挑选并建立符合公司要求的供应商档案。

- Responsible for monthly training information (training program, participation and assessment) consolidation

负责月度信息的整理（培训课程实施状况、参加人员、课程评估等）

- Responsible for announcement(New hire, policy, admin, etc)

负责公司通告的发布（新员工入职、政策、行政等）

- Responsible for training administration support about internal/external training program kick-off.

协助管理与内训、外训相关的培训流程。

- Support immediate supervisor for individual/departmental training needs collecting, annual training plan drafting, communicating and implementation.

协助直接主管收集个人、部门培训需求以及年度培训计划的制定与实施。

- Support HR staffing people for orientation program arrangement and documents improvement.

协助安排新员工入职培训及培训资料定期更新

- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor within timeline

按时完成主管分派的其它任务。

QUALIFICATIONS任职资格：

- College degree or above.

大专及以上学历

- Good at MS Offfice

熟练操作电脑办公软件;

- Good data sensitivity

良好的数字敏感性

- Good communication skills and logical thinking ability

良好的沟通能力及逻辑思维能力

- Strong customer service mind and time management

很强的客户服务意思和时间管理

- More than 1 year working experience in the field of training & Development
