POSITION SUMMARY
This position is in charge of the business development of WHC centralized diagnosis lab (non-hospitals) customers in China.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Draw the whole picture of centralized Diagnosis lab (CDL) map of China
- Lab name / lab target customer (patient & normal population)/ location city/ which product used in lab with different brand and usage percentage
- Lab competition situation with market share and price position
- Business size estimation (each lab and total) & rational growth rate per year

2. BD CDL Sales target
- Drive growth in BD China CDL business, which reach WHC China average budget growth
- Develop and execute an effective key customer marketing strategy
- New account penetration target set up and strategy building

3. Marketing events
- BD sites education to improve BD share in lab
- Potential customer education and branding to improve win rate and influence in the market
- Patient (normal population) education to improve test coverage and increase test volume

4. KOL
- Key customer relationship building and maintenance
- Show site build up and role model building
- Speaker loop search and build up

DESIRABLE
1. Bachelor degree on related majors, additional master/MBA degree is preferable
2. 8 years solid working experiences in sales & marketing, among them at least 5 years in sales experiences
3. Excellent project management, analytical, and organization skills
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently
5. Good people leadership with strong communication & influencing skill
